I’ve enjoyed working with HCI for over 10 years. During that time, we’ve had them do many smaller projects and because of the good relationship and professionalism we’ve experienced with HCI over the years, we chose them over other bids for a major kitchen remodel. I can’t emphasize enough how impressed I have been with every aspect of their services—from working with the owner, Ron, and his trusted business associates to design our kitchen and write a detailed proposal, to working with the onsite crew, especially Ron’s son, Joe, to make a major remodeling project go as smoothly as possible. They pay attention to every detail and obviously care about the quality of their work and their reputation. Communication is important to me and Ron and his crew, especially Joe, make sure that I understand and have input at every step along the way. They respond promptly to any questions and concerns I have with any aspect of the project. They even did little things I didn’t expect, like patching a hole in my laundry room when they were doing drywall repairs in the other rooms and sending a crew to help clean up when the project was all done. As much as we love our kitchen and don’t expect to have any issues, I know there’s a one year warranty on all of their work. So, if anything were to pop up, I have the peace of mind knowing they would come repair it. I have enjoyed working with HCI over the years and look forward to having them do many more projects with us in the future!
